The purpose of this workshop is to demonstrate how art and painting intuitively can assist us on a social, emotional, and spiritual level. To show how the use of art and the process of creating art can improve one’s well-being.

Discuss how painting whilst remaining mindful can relax your mind and body. By allowing the creative process to ‘just happen’ through the appreciation of colour and the flow of paint from the brush to canvas.
- Paint an abstract art piece.
Let’s paint! I will guide the class through the basics of creating an abstract piece of artwork intuitively, encouraging their own expression.
